Where do we begin? The Dead Sea
We will spend our first 3 days magnetized by the soul stirring seascape located in the district of Ein Bokek alongside the Dead Sea - nature's ultimate spa and one of the world’s greatest therapeutic wonders. The unique solar and mineral properties found here are unmatched. Allow the sun and minerals at this lowest location on Earth to work their magic with healing benefits for skin, respiratory and joint conditions. It is the only place which filters the sun’s ultraviolet rays allowing only the ‘good’ UVB. Known as the Salt Sea in Hebrew the minerals and the vapors that arise, have relaxing effects and improves your breathing and digestion. The water can actually pull toxins from your organs.

Isrotel Dead Sea Resort: Our accommodation is known as an "island" of health and peace situated at the bottom of beautiful desert mountains only a few minutes walk to the shores of The Dead Sea. The hotel has a private section of the beach that is fully staffed with a lifeguard, towels and other exclusive amenities for guests. It is located 18 km from Masada National Park, an ancient Judean fortress on an isolated rock plateau. Offering luxurious facilities, the gracious spa includes two sulfur pools and a Dead Sea–water pool that has both indoor and outdoor sections, massage rooms, a private sun deck, sauna and steam bath.
Where to next? Judea Mountains
We turn our sites on day 4 toward the secluded hills outside Jerusalem, amidst the vineyards of the peaceful Judea Mountains. This is home to the area’s first kibbutz, Kiryat Anavim, intertwining green and rural scenery, villages, monasteries, fountains, vineyards with fine accommodation. Students will also be offered hikes and access to healing sulfur pools.

For the remainder of the retreat we will share our accommodation in a unique and intimate setting as the only guests of the exclusive Cramim Istrotel Resort & Hotel. Cramim means 'vineyards' in Hebrew and the region is home to many vineyards and several exceptional boutique wineries that established the county as the "wine region" of Jerusalem and Judea Mountains. Guests have access to the two-story spa, featuring a beautiful indoor swimming pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, Turkish bath, juice bar, and fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, as well as exercise rooms. An entire floor houses the spa’s 23 treatment rooms, a sauna and a solarium.
Authentic Chef-Inspired Cuisine
There is an enchanting courtyard garden that is surrounded by a vertically planted wall and dotted with fishponds and white wooden armchairs – large enough to give privacy. The Shiraz Restaurant serves local and international specialties for dinner, prepared by the hotel’s executive chef and his staff. The seasonal menu is inspired by local produce and flavors. The breakfast buffet is rich and flavorful, offering a sumptuous array of savory dishes and freshly baked goods. Every room and suite faces the direction of the Jerusalem Hills for scenic views. The rooms are unusually large, and each has a balcony.
Curriculum
Our retreat pairs the highest quality of luxury with an advanced program for spiritual enrichment. The highlight of each day of the retreat lies in gathering together each evening for the lectures of mystical mastery with Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, world-renowned mystic and Universal Kabbalah Master.

NEW! Mentor Groups & Vision Maps
Unique to this year’s retreat are workshops where students will break into ten groups, guided by a mentor, in order to develop a “Vision Map”, a practical tool that each student may walk away with as a means of incorporating the immense knowledge received throughout the week into their daily lives in order to help their families, local communities and all aspects of one’s life.

Each day is filled with an exciting list of healing and nourishing activities. We align ourselves with the Divine each day with Sunrise Meditations and Healing Circles and then continue with Shakti Naam Yoga classes, Aqua Naam classes, Harmonyum Healing treatments, community lectures and a daily two-hour “Naamathon”.
